Lisa G. Denissen has over 10 years of experience developing and implementing Knowledge Management strategies in the Professional Services sector. Lisa’s focus is on simplified business processes and common sense approaches. Currently, as the Knowledge Management Program Manager at Shearman & Sterling in New York City, Lisa is responsible for the design, development and rollout of Shearman’s global Knowledge Management strategy. The five year strategy encompasses business and technology roadmaps, intellectual capital development and management, document management processes, governance, defining roles and responsibilities, measurement, and training. Previous to Shearman, Lisa served as the Global Consulting Knowledge Management Director at Gartner. Working out of Stamford, CT and Amsterdam, The Netherlands, she also provided consulting services for governments and international agencies. Prior to Gartner, Lisa was the Transfer Pricing Knowledge Management Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Washington, DC and New York City.
